## What is it?

Instruments, samples, presets and clips installed by Ableton Live: the Core Library plus the optional packs included with your edition. With every Suite pack installed, this can take tens of GB.

## What happens if you delete it?

Uninstalled packs can be downloaded again from Live’s Packs section or your Ableton account. Sets that use them show missing samples until you reinstall.

## How to remove it properly

In Live’s browser, open Packs and use a pack’s context menu to uninstall it (wording varies by version). To free internal space without removing anything, change the pack installation folder to another drive in Live’s Settings › Library.

## Before you delete it

Before removing packs that an important Set relies on, use File › Collect All and Save so its samples are copied into the project.
