Renew or cancel Pro Yearly

How Pro Yearly renews, how to cancel it from your receipt email or by writing to us, and what happens when it ends. Switching to Lifetime.

In short

  • Pro Yearly renews automatically every year at the current price until you cancel. Stripe emails a receipt for each renewal.
  • Cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email, or by writing to us from your purchase email.
  • After cancelling, Pro stays active until the end of the year you paid for. Then MoreRoom goes back to Free; nothing on your Mac is lost.

How to cancel Pro Yearly

  1. Find your receipt Search your inbox for the Stripe receipt of your MoreRoom Pro payment.
  2. Use the link in it Follow the link in the receipt to manage your subscription, and cancel it.
  3. Or write to us If you can’t find the receipt or the link, use the contact form (topic Licence & purchase) from your purchase email and ask us to cancel. We confirm by email.

Renewal

Pro Yearly renews automatically every year, on the anniversary of your purchase, until you cancel. Each renewal is charged to the same payment method, and Stripe emails you a receipt. Nothing to do in MoreRoom: it renews its activation on its own.

If we ever change the price, the new price applies only from your next renewal, and we tell you by email at least 30 days before, so that you can cancel if you wish.

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe tries again for a while; Pro keeps working in the meantime.

Cancel

  • From the receipt: open a Stripe receipt for your MoreRoom payment and follow its link to manage the subscription.
  • By writing to us: contact us — or reply to your licence email — from the address you used at checkout. A real person cancels it and confirms.

Cancelling doesn’t remove anything from your Macs.

What happens when it ends

  • Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for, on all your Macs.
  • Then MoreRoom goes back to Free: you can still scan, see everything and remove items one at a time. Your settings, History and Storage Weather data stay.
  • Want Pro again later? Buy it on the pricing page and activate the new key.

Refund of a renewal

A yearly renewal can be refunded within 30 days, like a first purchase. See Refunds.

Switch to Pro Lifetime

Lifetime has the same features and includes all future versions, for one payment. To switch, buy Pro Lifetime, activate its key, then cancel your yearly subscription. If you switch shortly after a renewal, write to us: a renewal is refundable within 30 days.
