Чи може MoreRoom видалити щось важливе?
MoreRoom ніколи нічого не прибирає сам. Ви обираєте кожен елемент, спершу він потрапляє в Смітник, і дію можна відмінити. Елементи, у яких може бути щось важливе для вас, позначено «Спершу перевірити», а елементи з позначкою «Ваші дані» з MoreRoom узагалі не можна вилучити.
Навіщо MoreRoom повний доступ до диска?
macOS приховує деякі папки — Пошту, Повідомлення, Фотографії, Робочий стіл, Документи, Завантаження і дані інших програм — від будь-якої програми, доки ви цього не дозволите. З повним доступом до диска MoreRoom може їх виміряти; він ніколи не вивантажує й не змінює ваші файли. Увімкніть його в розділі «Системні параметри» › «Приватність і безпека» › «Повний доступ до диска» або скануйте без нього — тоді захищені папки буде пропущено.
Файли видалено, а вільного місця не додалося. Чому?
Елементи в Смітнику займають місце, доки ви його не очистите. Крім того, програма може тримати видалені файли відкритими: MoreRoom показує це «примарне місце» і підказує, яку програму закрити. Локальні знімки Time Machine теж можуть якийсь час зберігати видалені дані.
Чому цифри в MoreRoom відрізняються від Finder?
Finder зараховує до доступного місце, яке можна очистити, — кеші та знімки, які macOS може видалити сама. MoreRoom показує його окремо, вимірює, скільки файли насправді займають на диску, і пояснює решту «Системних даних». Як і Finder, він використовує десяткові одиниці: 1 ГБ — це 1 000 000 000 байтів.
Як відмінити вилучення або відновити елемент?
Натисніть ⌘Z або «Відмінити» в повідомленні, що підтверджує вилучення. Попередні вилучення — в «Історії» на бічній панелі: клацніть «Відновити». Елементи, вилучені їхнім власним інструментом і позначені «Безповоротно», відновити не можна.
Чим безплатна версія відрізняється від Pro?
Безплатна версія сканує весь Mac, усе пояснює, містить «Погоду на диску», віджет, сповіщення й примарне місце і дає змогу вилучати елементи та видаляти програми по одному. Pro звільняє місце за один раз: Збирач, «Додати всі безпечні елементи», режим мети, режим сну для проєктів і цілі хмарні диски одразу.
Як активувати ліцензійний ключ?
У MoreRoom виберіть MoreRoom › Параметри, відкрийте вкладку «Ліцензія» і клацніть «Ввести ліцензійний ключ…» (або будь-який значок PRO). Вставте ключ із листа — він починається з MR- — і клацніть «Активувати». Для цього Mac має бути підключений до інтернету.
Ліцензійний ключ загубився. Що робити?
Введіть e-mail, указаний під час покупки, на сторінці відновлення ліцензії — і за кілька хвилин ми надішлемо новий ключ. Він замінить старий, а вже активовані Mac і далі працюватимуть.
На скількох Mac можна використовувати MoreRoom і як перейти на новий Mac?
Одна ліцензія діє максимум на 3 Mac. Активуйте ключ на новому Mac. Якщо MoreRoom повідомляє, що ліцензію вже використано на максимальній кількості Mac, відкрийте «Параметри» › «Ліцензія» на Mac, яким ви більше не користуєтеся, і клацніть «Деактивувати цей Mac» — або напишіть нам, і ми звільнимо місце.
Як скасувати річну підписку Pro?
Будь-коли — за посиланням у листі з квитанцією або написавши нам. Pro лишається активним до кінця оплаченого року; потім MoreRoom повертається до безплатної версії, і на вашому Mac нічого не втрачається.
Чи можна повернути кошти?
Так. Протягом 30 днів після покупки або щорічного продовження, з будь-якої причини: напишіть нам з адреси e-mail, указаної під час покупки, і ми повернемо всю суму. Зазвичай кошти надходять протягом 5–10 робочих днів.
Чи вивантажує MoreRoom мої файли?
Ні. Сканування повністю відбувається на вашому Mac, а назви, шляхи й вміст файлів ніколи його не залишають. MoreRoom виходить в інтернет лише для активації та продовження ліцензії Pro, завантаження підписаних оновлень правил і перевірки нових версій.
Як додати віджет MoreRoom на робочий стіл?
Відкрийте MoreRoom хоча б раз. Потім клацніть робочий стіл, утримуючи клавішу Control, виберіть «Редагувати віджети…», знайдіть MoreRoom і перетягніть малий або середній віджет на робочий стіл.
Як повністю видалити MoreRoom?
Якщо ви користуєтеся Pro, спершу клацніть «Деактивувати цей Mac» у розділі «Параметри» › «Ліцензія». Закрийте MoreRoom, перетягніть його з папки «Програми» в Смітник, а потім видаліть кілька файлів, які він зберігає в папці «Бібліотеки», — їх покроково перелічено в статті.
