Voiko MoreRoom poistaa jotain tärkeää?
MoreRoom ei koskaan poista mitään omin päin. Sinä valitset jokaisen kohteen, se siirtyy ensin roskakoriin, ja voit kumota poiston. Kohteet, joissa voi olla sinulle tärkeää sisältöä, on merkitty ”Tarkista ensin”, eikä ”Omat tiedot” -merkittyjä kohteita voi poistaa MoreRoomista lainkaan.
Miksi MoreRoom tarvitsee täyden levyn käyttöoikeuden?
macOS piilottaa jotkin kansiot – Mailin, Viestien ja Kuvien tiedot, Työpöydän, Dokumentit, Lataukset ja muiden appien tiedot – kaikilta apeilta, ellet salli niitä. Täyden levyn käyttöoikeuden avulla MoreRoom voi mitata ne; se ei koskaan lähetä tai muuta tiedostojasi. Laita se päälle kohdassa Järjestelmäasetukset › Tietosuoja ja turvallisuus › Täysi levyn käyttöoikeus, tai skannaa ilman sitä: suojatut kansiot ohitetaan silloin.
Poistin tiedostoja, mutta vapaa tila ei muuttunut. Miksi?
Roskakorissa olevat kohteet vievät yhä tilaa, kunnes tyhjennät sen. Jokin appi voi myös pitää poistettuja tiedostoja auki: MoreRoom näyttää tämän ”haamutilan” ja kertoo, mikä appi kannattaa lopettaa. Myös Time Machinen paikalliset tilannevedokset voivat säilyttää poistettuja tietoja jonkin aikaa.
Miksi MoreRoomin luvut eroavat Finderin luvuista?
Finder laskee tyhjennettävissä olevan tilan – välimuistit ja tilannevedokset, jotka macOS voi poistaa itse – käytettävissä olevaksi. MoreRoom näyttää sen erikseen, mittaa, paljonko tiedostot todella vievät levyltä, ja selittää loput järjestelmädatasta. Finderin tapaan se käyttää kymmenjärjestelmän yksiköitä: 1 Gt on 1 000 000 000 tavua.
Miten kumoan tai palautan poistamani kohteen?
Paina ⌘Z tai klikkaa Peru poiston vahvistavassa ilmoituksessa. Aiemmat poistot löytyvät sivupalkin Historiasta: klikkaa Palauta. Kohteita, jotka on poistettu niiden omalla työkalulla ja merkitty ”Pysyvä”, ei voi palauttaa.
Mitä eroa on ilmaisversiolla ja Prolla?
Ilmaisversio skannaa koko Macisi, selittää kaiken, sisältää Tallennustilan sään, widgetin, hälytykset ja haamutilan sekä antaa poistaa kohteita ja appeja yksi kerrallaan. Pro vapauttaa tilaa kerralla: Kerääjä, ”Lisää kaikki turvalliset kohteet”, Tavoitetila, projektien horros ja kokonaiset pilviasemat kerralla.
Miten aktivoin lisenssiavaimeni?
Valitse MoreRoomissa MoreRoom › Asetukset, avaa Lisenssi-välilehti ja klikkaa Syötä lisenssiavain… (tai mitä tahansa PRO-merkkiä). Liitä sähköpostissa saamasi avain – se alkaa merkeillä MR- – ja klikkaa Aktivoi. Macin on oltava tällöin verkossa.
Kadotin lisenssiavaimeni. Mitä voin tehdä?
Anna ostossa käyttämäsi sähköpostiosoite lisenssin palautussivulla, niin lähetämme sinulle uuden avaimen muutamassa minuutissa. Se korvaa vanhan avaimen, ja jo aktivoidut Macit toimivat edelleen.
Kuinka monessa Macissa voin käyttää MoreRoomia, ja miten siirryn uuteen Maciin?
Yksi lisenssi toimii enintään 3 Macissa. Aktivoi avaimesi uudessa Macissa. Jos MoreRoom ilmoittaa, että lisenssi on jo käytössä enimmäismäärässä Maceja, avaa Asetukset › Lisenssi Macissa, jota et enää käytä, ja klikkaa Poista tämän Macin aktivointi, tai ota meihin yhteyttä, niin vapautamme paikan.
Miten peruutan Pro-vuositilauksen?
Milloin tahansa kuittisähköpostisi linkistä tai kirjoittamalla meille. Pro pysyy voimassa maksamasi vuoden loppuun; sen jälkeen MoreRoom palaa ilmaisversioon, eikä Macistasi katoa mitään.
Saanko rahani takaisin?
Saat. 30 päivän kuluessa ostosta tai vuosiuusinnasta, mistä tahansa syystä: kirjoita meille ostossa käyttämästäsi sähköpostiosoitteesta, niin hyvitämme koko summan. Hyvitys näkyy yleensä 5–10 arkipäivän kuluessa.
Lähettääkö MoreRoom tiedostojani?
Ei. Skannaukset tehdään kokonaan Macissasi, eivätkä tiedostojen nimet, polut tai sisältö koskaan poistu sieltä. MoreRoom muodostaa verkkoyhteyden vain aktivoidakseen ja uusiakseen Pro-lisenssin, ladatakseen allekirjoitettuja sääntöpäivityksiä ja tarkistaakseen, onko uusia versioita.
Miten lisään MoreRoom-widgetin työpöydälle?
Avaa MoreRoom kerran. Ctrl-osoita sitten työpöytää, valitse Muokkaa widgettejä…, hae MoreRoom ja vedä pieni tai keskikokoinen widget työpöydällesi.
Miten poistan MoreRoomin kokonaan?
Jos käytät Prota, klikkaa ensin Poista tämän Macin aktivointi kohdassa Asetukset › Lisenssi. Lopeta MoreRoom, vedä se Ohjelmat-kansiosta roskakoriin ja poista sitten ne muutamat tiedostot, jotka se säilyttää Kirjasto-kansiossasi; ne luetellaan vaihe vaiheelta artikkelissa.
