Может ли MoreRoom удалить что-то важное?
MoreRoom никогда ничего не удаляет сам. Вы выбираете каждый объект, сначала он попадает в Корзину, и действие можно отменить. Объекты, в которых может быть что-то важное для вас, помечены «Сначала проверить», а объекты с меткой «Ваши данные» удалить из MoreRoom вообще нельзя.
Зачем MoreRoom полный доступ к диску?
macOS скрывает некоторые папки — Почту, Сообщения, Фото, Рабочий стол, Документы, Загрузки и данные других приложений — от любого приложения, пока вы это не разрешите. С полным доступом к диску MoreRoom может их измерить; он никогда не загружает и не изменяет ваши файлы. Включите его в разделе «Системные настройки» › «Конфиденциальность и безопасность» › «Полный доступ к диску» или сканируйте без него — тогда защищённые папки будут пропущены.
Файлы удалены, а свободного места не прибавилось. Почему?
Объекты в Корзине занимают место, пока вы её не очистите. Кроме того, приложение может держать удалённые файлы открытыми: MoreRoom показывает это «призрачное место» и подсказывает, какое приложение закрыть. Локальные снимки Time Machine тоже могут какое-то время хранить удалённые данные.
Почему цифры в MoreRoom отличаются от Finder?
Finder считает доступным очищаемое пространство — кэши и снимки, которые macOS может удалить сама. MoreRoom показывает его отдельно, измеряет, сколько файлы на самом деле занимают на диске, и объясняет остальные «Системные данные». Как и Finder, он использует десятичные единицы: 1 ГБ — это 1 000 000 000 байт.
Как отменить удаление или восстановить объект?
Нажмите ⌘Z или «Отменить» в сообщении, подтверждающем удаление. Более ранние удаления — в разделе «История» на боковой панели: нажмите «Восстановить». Объекты, удалённые собственным инструментом и помеченные «Безвозвратно», восстановить нельзя.
Чем бесплатная версия отличается от Pro?
Бесплатная версия сканирует весь Mac, всё объясняет, включает «Погоду на диске», виджет, оповещения и призрачное место и позволяет удалять объекты и приложения по одному. Pro освобождает место за один раз: Сборщик, «Добавить все безопасные объекты», режим цели, спящий режим проектов и целые облачные диски сразу.
Как активировать лицензионный ключ?
В MoreRoom выберите MoreRoom › Настройки, откройте вкладку «Лицензия» и нажмите «Ввести лицензионный ключ…» (или любой значок PRO). Вставьте ключ из письма — он начинается с MR- — и нажмите «Активировать». Для этого Mac должен быть подключён к интернету.
Лицензионный ключ потерян. Что делать?
Введите e-mail, указанный при покупке, на странице восстановления лицензии — и через несколько минут мы пришлём новый ключ. Он заменит старый, а уже активированные Mac продолжат работать.
На скольких Mac можно использовать MoreRoom и как перейти на новый Mac?
Одна лицензия действует максимум на 3 Mac. Активируйте ключ на новом Mac. Если MoreRoom сообщает, что лицензия уже используется на максимальном числе Mac, откройте «Настройки» › «Лицензия» на Mac, которым вы больше не пользуетесь, и нажмите «Деактивировать этот Mac» — или напишите нам, и мы освободим место.
Как отменить годовую подписку Pro?
В любой момент — по ссылке в письме с чеком или написав нам. Pro остаётся активным до конца оплаченного года; затем MoreRoom возвращается к бесплатной версии, и на вашем Mac ничего не теряется.
Можно ли вернуть деньги?
Да. В течение 30 дней после покупки или ежегодного продления, по любой причине: напишите нам с адреса e-mail, указанного при покупке, и мы вернём всю сумму. Обычно деньги поступают в течение 5–10 рабочих дней.
MoreRoom загружает мои файлы в интернет?
Нет. Сканирование полностью выполняется на вашем Mac, и имена, пути и содержимое файлов никогда его не покидают. MoreRoom выходит в интернет только для активации и продления лицензии Pro, загрузки подписанных обновлений правил и проверки новых версий.
Как добавить виджет MoreRoom на рабочий стол?
Откройте MoreRoom хотя бы один раз. Затем нажмите рабочий стол, удерживая клавишу Control, выберите «Изменить виджеты…», найдите MoreRoom и перетащите маленький или средний виджет на рабочий стол.
Как полностью удалить MoreRoom?
Если вы пользуетесь Pro, сначала нажмите «Деактивировать этот Mac» в разделе «Настройки» › «Лицензия». Закройте MoreRoom, перетащите его из папки «Программы» в Корзину, затем удалите несколько файлов, которые он хранит в папке «Библиотеки», — они пошагово перечислены в статье.
