هل يمكن أن يحذف MoreRoom شيئًا مهمًا؟
لا يزيل MoreRoom أي شيء من تلقاء نفسه أبدًا. أنت تختار كل عنصر، ويذهب أولًا إلى سلة المهملات، ويمكنك التراجع. العناصر التي قد تحتوي على شيء يهمك تحمل الشارة «راجِع أولاً»، أما العناصر المميّزة بـ«بياناتك» فلا يمكن إزالتها من MoreRoom على الإطلاق.
لماذا يحتاج MoreRoom إلى الوصول الكامل إلى القرص؟
يُخفي macOS بعض المجلدات، مثل البريد والرسائل والصور وسطح المكتب والمستندات والتنزيلات وبيانات التطبيقات الأخرى، عن كل التطبيقات ما لم تسمح بذلك. ومع الوصول الكامل إلى القرص، يستطيع MoreRoom قياسها، لكنه لا يرفع ملفاتك ولا يغيّرها أبدًا. فعّله من إعدادات النظام › الخصوصية والأمن › الوصول الكامل إلى القرص، أو أجرِ الفحص من دونه: عندها تُتخطّى المجلدات المحمية.
حذفت ملفات، لكن المساحة المتاحة لم تتغير. لماذا؟
تظل العناصر الموجودة في سلة المهملات تشغل مساحة حتى تفرغها. وقد يُبقي تطبيقٌ ما ملفاتٍ محذوفة مفتوحة: يعرض MoreRoom هذه «المساحة الشبحية» والتطبيق الذي عليك إنهاؤه. كما قد تحتفظ اللقطات المحلية لـ Time Machine بالبيانات المحذوفة لبعض الوقت.
لماذا تختلف أرقام MoreRoom عن أرقام Finder؟
يحتسب Finder المساحة القابلة للإزالة (ذاكرات التخزين المؤقت واللقطات التي يستطيع macOS حذفها من تلقاء نفسه) ضمن المساحة المتاحة. أما MoreRoom فيعرضها بشكل منفصل، ويقيس المساحة التي تشغلها الملفات فعليًا على القرص، ويشرح بقية «بيانات النظام». ومثل Finder، يستخدم الوحدات العشرية: 1 غ.ب يساوي 1,000,000,000 بايت.
كيف أتراجع عن إزالة شيء أو أستعيده؟
اضغط على ⌘Z أو انقر على «تراجع» في الرسالة التي تؤكد الإزالة. أما عمليات الإزالة السابقة فتجدها في «السجل» في الشريط الجانبي: انقر على «استعادة». ولا يمكن استعادة العناصر التي أُزيلت بأداتها الخاصة والمميّزة بـ«نهائي».
ما الفرق بين المجاني وPro؟
يفحص الإصدار المجاني جهاز Mac بالكامل، ويشرح كل شيء، ويتضمن توقعات التخزين والأداة والتنبيهات والمساحة الشبحية، ويتيح لك إزالة العناصر وإزالة تثبيت التطبيقات واحدًا تلو الآخر. أما Pro فيحرّر المساحة دفعة واحدة: «المجمّع»، و«إضافة كل العناصر الآمنة»، ووضع الهدف، وإسبات المشاريع، وأقراص سحابية كاملة دفعة واحدة.
كيف أنشّط مفتاح الترخيص؟
في MoreRoom، اختر MoreRoom › الإعدادات، وافتح علامة التبويب «الترخيص»، وانقر على «إدخال مفتاح الترخيص…» (أو انقر على أي شارة PRO). الصق المفتاح الوارد في بريدك الإلكتروني (يبدأ بـ MR-) ثم انقر على «تنشيط». يجب أن يكون جهاز Mac متصلًا بالإنترنت لإتمام ذلك.
فقدت مفتاح الترخيص. ماذا أفعل؟
أدخل بريد الشراء الإلكتروني في صفحة استعادة الترخيص، وسنرسل إليك مفتاحًا جديدًا عبر البريد الإلكتروني خلال دقائق. يحل المفتاح الجديد محل القديم، وتواصل أجهزة Mac المنشّطة مسبقًا عملها.
على كم جهاز Mac يمكنني استخدامه، وكيف أنتقل إلى جهاز Mac جديد؟
يعمل الترخيص الواحد على ما يصل إلى 3 أجهزة Mac. نشّط مفتاحك على جهاز Mac الجديد. وإذا أخبرك MoreRoom بأن الترخيص مستخدم بالفعل على الحد الأقصى من أجهزة Mac، فافتح الإعدادات › الترخيص على جهاز Mac لم تعد تستخدمه وانقر على «إلغاء تنشيط جهاز Mac هذا»، أو اتصل بنا وسنحرّر لك مكانًا.
كيف ألغي Pro السنوي؟
في أي وقت، من الرابط الموجود في بريد الإيصال أو بمراسلتنا. يبقى Pro نشطًا حتى نهاية السنة التي دفعت مقابلها، ثم يعود MoreRoom إلى الإصدار المجاني دون أن تفقد أي شيء على جهاز Mac.
هل يمكنني استرداد المبلغ؟
نعم. خلال 30 يومًا من الشراء أو من التجديد السنوي، لأي سبب: راسلنا من البريد الإلكتروني الذي استخدمته وسنرد إليك المبلغ كاملًا. يظهر المبلغ المسترد عادةً خلال 5 إلى 10 أيام عمل.
هل يرفع MoreRoom ملفاتي؟
لا. تجري عمليات الفحص بالكامل على جهاز Mac، ولا تغادره أسماء الملفات ولا مساراتها ولا محتوياتها أبدًا. ولا يتصل MoreRoom بالإنترنت إلا لتنشيط ترخيص Pro وتجديده، وتنزيل تحديثات القواعد الموقّعة، والتحقق من وجود إصدارات جديدة.
كيف أضيف أداة MoreRoom إلى سطح المكتب؟
افتح MoreRoom مرة واحدة. ثم انقر على سطح المكتب مع الضغط على مفتاح Control، واختر «تحرير الأدوات…»، وابحث عن MoreRoom، واسحب الأداة الصغيرة أو المتوسطة إلى سطح المكتب.
كيف أزيل تثبيت MoreRoom بالكامل؟
إذا كنت تستخدم Pro، فانقر أولًا على «إلغاء تنشيط جهاز Mac هذا» في الإعدادات › الترخيص. أنهِ MoreRoom واسحبه من «التطبيقات» إلى سلة المهملات، ثم احذف الملفات القليلة التي يحتفظ بها في مجلد «المكتبة»، والمذكورة خطوة بخطوة في المقالة.
