MoreRoom có thể xóa thứ gì quan trọng không?
MoreRoom không bao giờ tự ý xóa bất cứ thứ gì. Bạn chọn từng mục, mục đó vào Thùng rác trước và bạn có thể hoàn tác. Những mục có thể chứa thứ bạn cần được gắn nhãn “Xem lại trước”, còn những mục được đánh dấu “Dữ liệu của bạn” thì hoàn toàn không thể xóa từ MoreRoom.
Vì sao MoreRoom cần Truy cập toàn bộ ổ đĩa?
macOS ẩn một số thư mục — Mail, Tin nhắn, Ảnh, Màn hình nền, Tài liệu, Tải về và dữ liệu của các ứng dụng khác — khỏi mọi ứng dụng trừ khi bạn cho phép. Với Truy cập toàn bộ ổ đĩa, MoreRoom có thể đo chúng; ứng dụng không bao giờ tải lên hay thay đổi tệp của bạn. Hãy bật trong Cài đặt hệ thống › Quyền riêng tư & Bảo mật › Truy cập toàn bộ ổ đĩa, hoặc quét mà không cần quyền này: khi đó các thư mục được bảo vệ sẽ được bỏ qua.
Tôi đã xóa tệp nhưng dung lượng trống không thay đổi. Vì sao?
Các mục trong Thùng rác vẫn chiếm dung lượng cho đến khi bạn dọn sạch Thùng rác. Một ứng dụng cũng có thể vẫn đang mở các tệp đã xóa: MoreRoom hiển thị “dung lượng ma” này và cho biết cần thoát ứng dụng nào. Các bản chụp nhanh cục bộ của Time Machine cũng có thể giữ dữ liệu đã xóa trong một thời gian.
Vì sao số liệu của MoreRoom khác với Finder?
Finder tính dung lượng có thể xóa (purgeable) — bộ nhớ đệm và bản chụp nhanh mà macOS có thể tự xóa — vào dung lượng khả dụng. MoreRoom hiển thị riêng phần này, đo dung lượng thực tế các tệp chiếm trên ổ đĩa và giải thích phần còn lại của Dữ liệu hệ thống. Giống Finder, ứng dụng dùng đơn vị thập phân: 1 GB là 1.000.000.000 byte.
Làm sao để hoàn tác hoặc khôi phục thứ tôi đã xóa?
Nhấn ⌘Z hoặc bấm Hoàn tác trong thông báo xác nhận việc xóa. Các lần xóa trước nằm trong Lịch sử, ở thanh bên: bấm Khôi phục. Những mục được xóa bằng chính công cụ của chúng, có nhãn “Vĩnh viễn”, thì không thể khôi phục.
Bản Miễn phí và Pro khác nhau thế nào?
Bản Miễn phí quét toàn bộ máy Mac, giải thích mọi thứ, có Dự báo dung lượng, tiện ích, cảnh báo và dung lượng ma, đồng thời cho phép bạn xóa từng mục và gỡ cài đặt từng ứng dụng một. Pro giải phóng dung lượng chỉ trong một lần: Bộ sưu tập, “Thêm tất cả mục an toàn”, chế độ mục tiêu, ngủ đông dự án và cả ổ đám mây cùng lúc.
Làm sao để kích hoạt khóa giấy phép?
Trong MoreRoom, chọn MoreRoom › Cài đặt, mở tab Giấy phép rồi bấm Nhập khóa giấy phép… (hoặc bấm vào bất kỳ huy hiệu PRO nào). Dán khóa từ email của bạn — khóa bắt đầu bằng MR- — rồi bấm Kích hoạt. Máy Mac cần có kết nối mạng để thực hiện bước này.
Tôi bị mất khóa giấy phép. Tôi phải làm gì?
Nhập email mua hàng trên trang khôi phục giấy phép và chúng tôi sẽ gửi cho bạn một khóa mới trong vài phút. Khóa mới thay thế khóa cũ, và các máy Mac đã kích hoạt vẫn tiếp tục hoạt động.
Tôi có thể dùng trên bao nhiêu máy Mac, và làm sao chuyển sang máy Mac mới?
Một giấy phép dùng được trên tối đa 3 máy Mac. Hãy kích hoạt khóa trên máy Mac mới. Nếu MoreRoom báo giấy phép đã được dùng trên số máy Mac tối đa, hãy mở Cài đặt › Giấy phép trên máy Mac bạn không còn dùng và bấm Hủy kích hoạt máy Mac này, hoặc liên hệ với chúng tôi để chúng tôi giải phóng một suất.
Làm sao để hủy Pro theo năm?
Bất cứ lúc nào, qua liên kết trong email biên nhận hoặc bằng cách viết cho chúng tôi. Pro vẫn hoạt động đến hết năm bạn đã thanh toán; sau đó MoreRoom trở về bản Miễn phí và không có gì trên máy Mac của bạn bị mất.
Tôi có được hoàn tiền không?
Có. Trong vòng 30 ngày kể từ khi mua hoặc gia hạn hằng năm, vì bất kỳ lý do gì: hãy viết cho chúng tôi từ email bạn đã dùng và chúng tôi sẽ hoàn lại toàn bộ số tiền. Khoản hoàn tiền thường hiển thị trong vòng 5 đến 10 ngày làm việc.
MoreRoom có tải tệp của tôi lên không?

Làm sao để gỡ cài đặt hoàn toàn MoreRoom?
